一、申请语言项目Language Programs for Applicants
一年期语言项目:提供一年的汉语课程和中国文化课程。
One-year Chinese language program: offering Chinese language courses and Chinese culture courses.
二、申请须知Instructions on Application
1.申请者应品行良好、身心健康,遵守中国的法律法规及贵州建设职业技术学院规章制度;
Applicants should be physically and mentally healthy, and abide by Chinese laws and the rules and regulations of Guizhou Polytechnic of Construction.
2.申请者年龄应不超过30岁,具有高中毕业及以上学历,非中国籍公民;
Applicants for a language program must be non-Chinese citizens (under 30 years old) with a high school(or higher) diploma.
3.学习时长为1年;
Duration: one academic year.
4.完成规定的教学计划、考核合格后,颁发学习证明。
Students who have completed all the courses of the one-year language program of Construction Engineering Technology and passed the final evaluation will be awarded a certificate of the language program of Construction Engineering Technology.
三、申请时间Application Deadline
2026春季学期报名截止日期为2025年11月17日。

3-1.外文学历成绩单 Foreign Language Academic Transcript | 需有毕业学校公章或该国教育部认可的公章。 Must bear the official seal of the graduating institution or a seal recognized by the Ministry of Education of the respective country. |
3-2.与外文学历成绩单对应统一的中文翻译件 Chinese Translation of the Foreign Language Academic Transcript | 中文翻译内容须与外文学历内容一致。 The content of the Chinese translation must be consistent with that of the foreign language academic transcript. |
4.无犯罪记录证明 Non-Criminal Record (Issued by the Local Police Station) | 1.由公安机关出具,并加盖公安机关公章;2.需明确有效期,并在有效期内。 1. Issued by a public security organ and affixed with the official seal of the public security organ; 2. Must clearly state the validity period and be within the validity period. |
5.外国人体格检查表 Foreigner Physical Examination Form | 1.内容真实完整;2.需在有效期内,且无重大疾病、传染性疾病(艾滋等传染性疾病);3.有医师意见、签名、医院公章。 1. The content must be true and complete; 2. 8-1.外文简历 Foreign Language Resume | 1.内容全面,真实有效(学历背景、工作经验等);2.时间连贯,学历背景/工作经历需填写到申请当月。 1. The content must be comprehensive, true, and valid (including educational background, work experience, etc.); 2. The timeline must be continuous, and the educational background/work experience must be filled in up to the month of application. |
8-2.简历的中文翻译件 Chinese Translation of the Resume | 中文翻译内容须与外文简历保持一致。 The content of the Chinese translation must be consistent with that of the foreign language resume. |
10. 1寸免冠证件照 1-inch Bareheaded ID Photo | 图像清晰 The image must be clear. |
11. 未满18岁学生提供在华监护证明 Guardianship Certificate in China (for Students Under 18 Years Old) | 1.未满18周岁留学生提供在华监护证明,相关材料包括父母正式委托书(中英文)、父母身份证明、代理人同意监护书(中英文)、代理人身份证明;2.代理人如为在中国境内常住的外国人,须提供有效签证信息(不低于1年,短期签证需提供说明材料);3.留学生年龄计算截止时间为申请时间,材料中所有签字均为手签,不允许机打。 1. International students under 18 years old shall provide a guardianship certificate in China, including the official power of attorney from parents (in Chinese and English), parents' identification documents, the guardian's consent letter (in Chinese and English), and the guardian's identification documents; 2. If the guardian is a foreign national with permanent residence in China, valid visa information (valid for no less than 1 year) must be provided; a supporting statement must be provided for short-term visas; 3. The age of the international student shall be calculated as of the application date. All signatures in the documents must be handwritten; typed signatures are not allowed. |
2.综合测评Comprehensive Evaluation
2.1材料审查Material Review
贵州建设职业技术学院对来华留学生申请材料实行“双审制”,即:实行国际交流处初审和学院复审相结合。
Guizhou Polytechnic of Construction implements a "dual review" system for international student’s application materials, which is a combination of the preliminary review of the International Affairs Office and the college review.
2.2面试Interview
通过材料审查的申请人进入面试环节。面试通知会发送到申请人邮箱。
The applicant who has passed the material review can enter the interview, and an interview notification will be sent to the applicant’s email.
3.录取Admission
贵州建设职业技术学院来华留学生的录取是基于对申请者各项成绩和其他资质证明材料、面试成绩等的综合评定。
The admission of international students of Guizhou Polytechnic of Construction is based on a comprehensive evaluation of the applicants various scores and other qualification materials, interview scores, etc.
4.奖学金评审Scholarship Review
在所有申请工作结束后,组织奖学金评审小组对新生进行奖学金评审。
After all the application work is completed, the scholarship review team will be organized to review the scholarships for the freshmen.

六、奖学金Scholarships
贵州建设职业技术学院2026年春季语言生校级奖学金包含学费、住宿费。经审查,若符合我校对外国留学生校级奖学金申请条件,在入学报到并缴纳学费及住宿费后一个月内,发放奖学金(共计4950元)到学生个人账户。
A full scholarship that includes tuition and accommodation fees (2026spring semester only). After review, the scholarship (4950RMB in total) will be distributed to the student’s personal account within one month after enrollment and payment of the fees if the student meets our school’s application requirements of the scholarship for international student.
七、录取、签证申请及入学报到Admission, Visa Application and Registration
我校将为获得录取资格学生陆续发放电子版及纸质版《录取通知书》《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》JW202表)、新生入学须知等材料。
被录取者应持普通护照、《录取通知书》《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》(JW202表)、《外国人体格检查表》等前往中国驻外使(领)馆办理来华学习(X)签证,持新生入学须知中提到的相关材料到国际交流处办理入学报到手续。因故不能在规定时间内报到者,应以书面形式并附有关证明向国际交流处请假,经批准后方可延期报到,延期时间一般不得超过2周。未经请假或请假逾期者,除因不可抗力因素外,视为自动放弃入学资格。
For students who have been accepted, we will successively send an electronic version and a paper version of the "Acceptance Letter", “Visa application for Study in China” (Form JW202), new student admission notice and other materials.
To get a Visa for studying in China (X), accepted applicants should go to Embassy or Consulate of P. R. China with "Acceptance Letter", “Visa application for Study in China” (Form JW202), “Foreign Physical Examination Form”,etc. Take relevant materials mentioned in the admission notice for new students and go to the International Affairs Office to complete the admission procedures. Those who are unable to report within the prescribed time due to any reason shall request leave to the International AffairsOffice with written form attaching relevant certifications, and may postpone the report after approval. The extension shall generally not exceed 2 weeks. Those who have not applied for leave or overdue leave shall be deemed to have waived their enrollment qualifications automatically, except for force majeure factors.
